Hello, I am Amanda Mallett. As a personal trainer I have a passion for helping others to achieve their goals.
Clients can expect results which are much deeper than simply cosmetic. These will be achieved through Amanda’s enthusiasm to make the training session fun.
After sixteen successful years in Financial Services, I wanted to make a career change. Being passionate about sport and wishing to focus on health and fitness, I became a personal fitness trainer.
Since then I have studied exercise techniques for older and frail adults, and most recently have qualified as a specialist in lower back pain.
To ensure I am fit enough to keep up with my most active clients. I regularly train and compete in local running and cycling races, together with triathlons and duathlons.
I am registered at level 4 on the Register of Exercise Professionals and as a Postural Stability Instructor and recently completed a course entitled “Exercise after Stroke” designed for professionals working with people following a stroke.
